How long do commissions take?
1 day to a 2 months, smaller commissions get finished faster than bigger commissions, I will update you with wips if you're commission is on the bigger side
refunds?
I will not issue refunds, for completed work, while working on the commission I will give you many chances to give your input on the commission so please request changes to the work then if you are unhappy.
